  Ordered my customary late, that'd if normally but from Starbucks. Unfortunately, the barista brought us a pair of iced lattes, not the hot ones we had ordered. Once the mistake was realized, she told us to keep the cold ones while they made a pair of replacement drinks. Top notch customer service! And the coffee is fantastic, and well worth the wait, definitely earning a return Customer

  Switched to this location after the one closer to my work started falling off. Overall pretty good, but I did have a bad experience this morning. Arrived approximately 6:35ish, followed one other car in, got cut in line by another car, but being third in line normally isn’t so bad. They normally crank out a line super quick. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to take my order, the two cars before me in the other lane hadn’t pulled out yet so I’m not sure if they received service either. I had to leave without placing my order so I wouldn’t be late for work and when I left, both lines were wrapping around behind the building. I understand the morning rush, but the line doesn’t get shorter if you stop taking orders.

  It was not a good visit- the baristas were not very friendly nor helpful. My sister and I ordered a plain latte and a drip coffee and paid (about $10 for the two drinks). They come out with 2 medium iced lattes they then got rid of after we let them know we had ordered hot drinks to which a different barista replies, we don’t have drip coffee, we can only make an americano. I gently let her know I wouldn’t have ordered anything had I known they don’t serve drip coffee. She shrugged and handed me the remade hot latte and americano. So we left with one corrected drink, one incorrect and an overcharge 🫩
