I starred the food high because we've never had a bad meal at Oceanside (consistently delicious). Went to pick up the pizza at the specified time and they said it would be 25-30 minutes. Left and went back and they said another 15-20 minutes. Pizza was finally ready two hours after ordering and an hour after the pick up time they sent in their order confirmation. No apology, just expected to wait. The kicker is the online check out automatically added a $15 tip for a pickup order. Horrible customer service and overall experience.
