  Lately the pizza's chewy and doughy and burnt took one hour for the pizza to come out normally 30 minutes took 40 minutes to speak to assistant manager they definitely need new management in there The waitresses are all nice. Been going there when they first open it's very doubtful I will return unless they get better management. Pizza was supposed to be there specialty a Walmart pizza is better than this pizza however any assisted manager doesn't seem to care.

  Service, Quality and Respect to the customer was the staple of this business for as long as I can remember - but now greed, poor customer engagement and decreased VALUE for what you paid is gone - for a requested larger double meatballs, cheese and onions never was this sparse and on top of that $42 bucks. When called out - the 5 high school students running the front, laughed. There are a ton of choices, and for that price and services makes it easy to move away from the local choice!!!!

  Ordered a white pizza and calamari. Normally very good. This time was greasy and undercooked. Both! If you are going to be expensive, be great. We reheated and it helped

  Come here a lot and love it every time for the most part for the exception of this one time. The food is always great and has never been an issue, although I cannot say the same about the service here. I came here with my girlfriend for a late lunch. We sat ourselves and reviewed the menu to choose what to eat. Our server “Tracy” took our order, brought us our drinks(which she never refilled once for the entire duration of our lunch) and later brought us our food. (Still never refilled our drinks after the countless times she’s passed our table) once we get the check, she takes my card and I pay and leave a tip and before we could even step away from the table she snatched her tablet away and told us “have a great night” in a very rude tone. I love this restaurant and have been coming here for years, but the service I received today by this lady left a very bad taste in my mouth.
