Idk why management doesn't do anything about this. She's been there for a long time and my co workers even stopped going there because of her. We are a big company nearby with over 500 employees. They are losing business because of her attitude towards the customers. It's ridiculous.

I wasn’t able to get her name but she’s on the heavier side. I don’t mean to discriminate but she didn’t have a name tag. If she doesn’t like her job tell her to leave or learn to talk to people nicer. It’s not just me. I have coworkers that have gone and all say the same thing.
