  Wendy’s tiene muy buena atención, el personal es amable y atienden con rapidez. La comida, como en la mayoría de sus locales, es aceptable y consistente en sabor. Las hamburguesas están bien preparadas, las papas fritas llegan calientes y crujientes, y los combos son una buena opción cuando quieres algo rápido y práctico. El lugar tiene buen espacio si vas con niños, las mesas están bien distribuidas y es cómodo para familias. Solo faltaría un área pequeña de juegos para que los más pequeños puedan entretenerse mientras esperan. Además, está muy bien ubicado entre la zona del Doral y Medley, lo que lo hace conveniente si estás de paso o trabajando cerca. En general, una buena opción para una comida rápida y sin complicaciones. Wendy’s offers very good customer service. The staff is friendly and they serve you quickly. The food, like in most of their locations, is consistent and acceptable in quality. The burgers are well prepared, the fries are hot and crispy, and the combo meals are a good option when you want something quick and convenient. The nuggets and fresh lemonade are also a nice choice if you’re looking for something simple but satisfying. The restaurant has plenty of space if you’re going with kids. The seating is well distributed and comfortable for families. The only thing missing would be a small play area so children could stay entertained while waiting. It’s also very well located between the Doral and Medley area, which makes it convenient if you’re passing by or working nearby. Overall, it’s a solid option for a quick and easy meal.

  Wendy well know for they burgers and fries, they food is tasty and delicious. I can't get enough of Wendy tasty delicious food. I highly recommend everyone to go to Wendy's restaurant they customers service is excellent and outstanding by @KIN'zPro.

  The girl in drive thru window (not to discriminate but she's on the heavier side) is always rude and rushes you during lunch time. Idk why management doesn't do anything about this. She's been there for a long time and my co workers even stopped going there because of her. We are a big company nearby with over 500 employees. They are losing business because of her attitude towards the customers. It's ridiculous.

  The lady at the window today 12/22/25 at 3:37 pm brunette mid 40s is extremely rude and lacks customer service completely i ordered a combo and was missing my drink then she refused to help me at all even after i showed her what it said in my receipt she just shrugged her shoulders and looked at me with an annoyed face instead of assisting me as a customer representative and clearly looking at the reviews im not the only one who’s had a bad experience with her either
