  I went there last week with some friends for lunch. After we left, they modified my tip to cover some items the waitress did not charge to another person. They changed the tip to 106% (about $67). When I went back to the restaurant, they refused to admit what they did. They claimed the invoices were merged and that I paid for both without noticing, even though my Apple Pay receipt shows only the original amount, and my bank sent me an email with a breakdown showing the extra $67 as a tip. They also refused to provide me the original signed copy of my receipt, claiming that the only one the can provide was the invoice (that was already modified to match the amount they were claiming I paid). The food was good, but if you go there, be careful and make sure to ask for your receipts.

  Very disappointing experience. From the moment we sat down, the service was inattentive and careless. We were not given menus until we asked for them, and even basic items like a knife for the steak had to be requested. The food arrived cold. I ordered a lunch special that included soup, which was never brought out until I had to ask for it to be packed to go. We also ordered ice cream for our child so he could stay calm while we finished eating. It only arrived after we reminded the server, and by then we were already done with our meal. It wasn’t just the quality of the food that was lacking — the service was equally poor. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit.

  Extremadamente caro , pedí una lasaña del lunch , era tan pequeña que parecía una porción , te dan una sopa que las muestras gratis del cosco son más grandes, el servicio de la mesera fue muy bueno , lamentablemente un lunch por $30 dólares incluida una lata de gaseosa en $ 5 más la propina , es extremadamente fuera proporcion , no recomendable para nada un niño de 3 años se quedaría con hambre , hay muchísimas más opciones por el mismo o menos costo que ofrecen un lunch muchísimo mejor y con porciones normales , no es que pida que sean grandes , pero si normales como para un adulto

  Infortunadamente han dañado la atención y la comida. Ofrecen sopa de lentejas sin lentejas, una pasta de mariscos sin mariscos por un valor del $34 dólares. Una mesera grosera y altanera me dice que soy atrevida y ofensiva con el chef por pedir la pasta no tan al dente y que no debería comer ahí. Resulta entonces que los clientes somos los culpables cuando ella debería tener en cuenta que gracias a los pagos de cuentas y propinas se les paga a ellos el sueldo y para completar se lo comunico a la manager y se quedó mirándome sin respuesta alguna. Perdieron 2 clientes que constantemente comían ahí.

  La atención Al Cliente con las personas que hacemos el servicio de delivery Es pésima. Te tratan como si tú no formaras parte del servicio al cliente consumidor final. El Encargado Venezolano un poco robusto él, me dijo que él no tenía la culpa por el tiempo en que se estaban tardando en preparar la comida, que la culpa es de Uber por mandar a la gente más rápido de lo que ellos puedan hacer las cosas.. Fue grosero sin empatía para el delivery. Debería saber, por si no lo sabe que aunque el delivery no es el comensal, también forma parte de la clientela, y se le debe respeto y consideración. Gracias.
