  I literally just left at 3:20 p.m. and it was 2 cars in the drive thru and they told me as soon as I got to the menu that it would be a 15 minute wait, I told them all I wanted was two drinks and they said it will still be 15 mins because a door dash driver had a big order.that is very lazy and un prepared and I will not be coming back, that is ridiculous.

  I don’t know what going on here but the food service has gone to crap we order our food thru door dash as everyone knows you pay more going thru them then just going and picking it up your self. Our food was horrific to say the least. My husband order the sonic bacon burger with jalapeños added and well he didn’t even get what he order it was just a cheese burger with ketchup and mustard the chili cheese tots were old and overly cooked in old oil couldn’t even eat it! My smash burger was awful old over cooked and tasted like it went through the fryer to heat it back up 🤮 my groovy fries were super old hard and and tasted like old oil and the cheese lol that’s laughable. Thank god I got a partial refund thru door dash other wise if I had to go in with my order it would have been pretty bad. My next call is to the health department! I pray we do not get sick! I will never ever eat here again !! Obviously the workers don’t do there job and nobody cleans their grill and fryers disgusting 🤢 🤮

  When we pull to the drive-through, we were told it’d be a few minutes after several cars pulled in behind us and left. We noticed we’ve been there 20 minutes we two left to which as leaving when we saw an employee walking back across the street so I don’t even know if there was anybody in there. So we drove down the street turned around and came back. There were two trucks in the drive-through now their order was taken when we pulled up. We were told please hold. It’ll be 5 to 10 minutes before we get back to you.

  The people are very friendly and my order is always correct. The food is fresh and the cherry lime ade with strawberries in it is amazing!
