  This food truck is an absolute standout, bringing bold, nostalgic flavors inspired by Rhode Island to every bite. The smash burgers are the clear star—perfectly crisped with those deeply caramelized edges from a high-heat sear, while still maintaining a tender, juicy center. Each thin patty is packed with rich, savory beef flavor that melts seamlessly into gooey cheese, all tucked inside a soft, toasted potato bun. It’s the kind of burger that hits every note just right. Even more surprising, though, is the hot dog. I’m not usually a fan, but this one completely changed my mind. Topped with seasoned minced meat and fresh raw onions, it delivers a punch of flavor that’s both hearty and unexpectedly addictive. And then there are the onion rings golden, crispy, and downright irresistible. Paired with their special sauce, it’s a combination that feels like it was meant to be.   Git the onions rings and the Rhody burger. Both were incredible. Well worth it to find the truck and get a meal!

  We tore everything up. After ordering just about everything on the menu for my kids, I went back for seconds and almost thirds of I wasnt already bursting at the seams. Incredible burgers, fried are crunchy and cooked to perfection. Hot dogs reminded me of home. Jordan was really personable and patient with me as my children were trying to figure out what they wanted. 10/10 would recommend.
