    Threatened to call the police on me for not leaving the drive thru because I wasn't ready with my order and I couldn't drive thru because there where vehicles in front of me. Yes I have a video for corporate. VERY VERY RUDE SERVICE.

    I had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever at the Taco Bell in Fort Walton. They now have AI taking orders, and it got everything wrong. By the time I pulled up to the window, the employee looked completely disheveled and unhygienic, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Every single car in the drive-thru was told to pull around and park to wait for their food. While we all sat outside, an employee kept coming out with random bags, clearly having no idea what was in them or who they belonged to. People were frustrated, confused, and several customers just gave up and left. After 20 minutes, I finally received my food — but only after asking if the bag he handed me was actually mine. His response was, “I don’t even know at this point,” which says everything about how badly things are being run. When I got back to work, the food was just as disappointing. It was cold, the quesadilla had a giant pile of meat in the center but the other pieces were basically empty, and it wasn’t even cut. The taco tasted awful, and some of the ground beef looked undercooked. Nothing tasted like the Taco Bell I’m used to — it was honestly disgusting. After this experience, I will never go back to this location.

    They are always unable to take orders or their grills are down or card machine is down. Worst Taco Bell in this area by far.
