    I MUST write this review to give credit where credit is due! I went to Panera and received the BEST service from Claire!!! She was friendly, knowledgable, patient & a pleasure to interact with. I don’t know if she’s in any sort of management position, but if not SHE SHOULD BE! Her energy could transform a staff and improve the experience of customers (translating to more $$)! She took the time to make suggestions, inform me of deals available to me, apologized for the small wait due to a lunch rush and was genuine in her smile and attitude. A true breath of fresh air! Thanks for a great experience on my birthday weekend, Claire!!!

    They keep forgetting the sauce for the French dip. It’s annoying and expensive to not get everything you paid for only to realize after you get back to work. Plus it was dead they were chatting, chatting and chatting, maybe pay attention more versus talking constantly. Thanks.

    I ordered my food and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. Not one car moved. But the guy taking out the trash rammed my brand new car with the trash bin and laughed. I did not appreciate that and ended up leaving the drive through.
