- MRMalaya RodriguezOct 19, 20251.0I really don't like being the person that complains I just try to keep it to myself so I can avoid problems but I'm done being nice and being the quiet One I will never come to this McDonald's on Mary Esther especially at night cause me and a couple of friends of mine came here to eat so we could continue on with our night and my best friend ordered her food and they messed it up so as she was heading back to the front counter to get a remade and once they remade it may bring it to her and it was still messed up like they were pissed off now I thought McDonald's policy was to have friendly customer service but apparently not the way I was raised respect is earned not given so I can understand everybody has bad nights but you don't take that out on the customer who accidentally made some mistake on their order you're supposed to be the one that is kind and understand and not have an attitude with remaking an order
