It's not like you're sitting down to eat and they're taking care of any needs you have while eating. They take your order, prepare your food and coffee as per corporate teaches them then send you on your way. This tipping gig this Dunkin Donuts has going on is just manipulation. They put the option on there to try to make you feel guilty for not tipping. This tipping thing is really getting out of hand.
