Now this week the machine is broke I don't understand how thats the only drink they need to blend that I see listed on the board an theres always a problem. Like all they do is make coffee an make donnuts. I could understand if there were actually food cooking everyday for them to run out or machine s to broke. An when they do make it I wait forever they make me sit in front of the building at the door a good 15 to 20mins maybe more. Might as well just take all the baskin-robbins off because they seem like they cant make or have any of there products.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
