  The customer service here is horrible. From the moment I received my food, it was clear there was no care taken at all. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was a mess the cheese was melted onto the paper bag instead of inside the sandwich, and the ingredients weren’t even assembled properly. The bacon was undercooked, slimy, and chewy, like it was barely cooked I asked for a toasted butter croissant, but the sandwich wasn’t toasted at all, and the amount of butter was overwhelming and unpleasant. Maybe instead of focusing on changing the appearance of the outside, management should focus on improving the staff and basic food quality. This was a complete disappointment.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ today on Thanksgiving. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and the front door was already locked. I noticed they were still serving people in the drive-thru, so I quickly went there. When I pulled up, the employee asked if I was using the mobile app. I said no, and the only response I got was that they “weren’t open,” and then the employee turned off the microphone, even though it was before 1:00 PM and they were still serving another customer right in front of me. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to help me. It was rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing. I understand it’s a holiday, but there’s no reason to treat customers this way, especially when you’re still serving others before closing.

  So many employees here at one time but all doing nothing at the same time. Slow service and poor attitude. To make things even worse look at the picture!!!!!!!! The MANAGER wiping and cleaning A/C vents (dust) over the open food and drinks!!!!! I watched as one employee used a duster on the vent and witnessed dust actually fall and spread over the open display of donuts and customers drinks being made. Then the manager used a rag with chemicals to wipe by hand and while doing so, I saw liquid fall on top of the display and make contact with the donuts and bagels. This is absolutely disgusting and against health codes!!!! This should have been done after hours when all food and drink is covered !!

  Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever visited. My mom and I went On a slow afternoon on a Sunday and there were only 2 girls working. there was only 1 register and they were only accommodating the drive through customers. We were never greeted or helped. There were flies and the girls were so rude. We went to location 5610 on October 5th around 3:45pm DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. WERE THEY RACIST BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE? I could Not believe this experience
