If you have 2 people in front of you when you walk in, prepare yourself for 13 minutes until you get your coffee, the manager is the worst example, she doesn't care, and does not even care to serve people like we deserve to be served, she even gives you a dirty look if you ask for service and starts running her mouth. I wish the owner could get someone educated, smily and nice.
