Normally it is very tasteful and the food is fresh when ordered, delivered and presented beautifully . I have always recommended and brought friends with me. Yesterday the food did not meet my expectations. The food was not fresh and lacked its regular flavors. In addition the lady who took the order on the phone was extremely rude.Yesterday’s experience left me very disappointed and dissatisfied. I used to praise Delish for their consistency delivering every time ,but yesterday was a BIG miss. Customer service and food was lacking.

There was only one person taking orders and preparing the food at the same time, which caused extreme delays. The customer service was very poor. There was no explanation, no apology, and no respect for customers’ time. On top of that, the food was overpriced, and when I finally received it, the portion was very small and not worth the price. I am extremely dissatisfied with how customers are treated at this restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I will not be returning.
