  I must say I will agree with these reviews. Staff is down right rude and nasty. Place is a mess. The soda area is a disaster and the lemonade is always empty. Yet i see staff behind the register. Can anyone that is back there tend to the front area??? corporate should really step in on this location. Poor management will put this location out of business.

  This is the last time I’m going to this Chipotle. I ordered a burrito bowl and large tortilla chips on the app and used the pull up window. When I got there, several minutes after it was supposed to be ready, they said they were out of the brown rice I ordered with the bowl. I said white rice is fine. For some reason it took them about 10 minutes to make the order while I waited there with someone waiting behind me, even though it didn’t look like they were busy at all. When they finally gave it to me, I felt the bottom of the bowl and it didn’t seem as hot as it should be, it was just warm. I live just a few minutes away and by the time I got home, the meat on top was already cold. The only parts that were even warm were the ingredients at the bottom. I had to heat it in the microwave for a minute and a half to get it to a good temperature. There didn’t seem to be any of the green salsa I ordered. There was what looked like an extremely burnt fajita in it which I took a picture of. I’m glad I noticed it before I put it in my mouth, it would’ve tasted terrible. The chips were very stale. The bag says made fresh daily, I find that hard to believe. I couldn’t eat more than a few and threw the rest away.

  Let’s start off with my husband and I have been moving all day, worked up an appetite and decided chipotle for dinner. I made the order for 11:40pm, not gonna lie we messed up and ran way behind and pulled up at 12:02 just hoping we’d still be able to get our food. We pull up and are greeted by Sephora and she could’ve easily ignored us but she opened the window with a smile and asked how could she help? I told her we put in an order for 11:40pm and we’re just hoping it would still be okay to pick it up? Unfortunately the order was nowhere to be found, but Sephora offered to make the order for us still smiling. In disbelief I got a little emotional, she didn’t have to do that, we messed up and arrived late but no she showed not only compassion but amazing customer service. Thank you Sephora! Food was amazing!

  Wow I can't believe I was there about 3:00 p.m. and I was in and out so fast fastest ever time waiting in line and getting food and out the door ever in Chipotle history
