I was a little disappointed to see that my old favorite, the Blimey Limey, was no longer on the menu. The employee helping me went above and beyond. She took the time to look it up and was able to make it for me anyway, which completely made my day. Customer service like that really stands out. She was friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making sure I had a good experience. The cafe itself was also very clean and well kept. Great service all around and I will definitely be back.

We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without any staff member acknowledging us—not even a quick 'we're busy, we'll be right with you' or a simple hello. The atmosphere felt oddly tense and uncomfortable the whole time. If anyone had made eye contact or spoken to us, we would have happily stayed and ordered. As it was, the complete lack of recognition made it impossible to continue, so we left. Really disappointing customer service experience, especially with a young child in tow
