So I drove around and immediately was not greeted by the person. She was walked away from the window so I waited for a few minutes for her to come back and then complete my order again. Wasn't able to understand her very well. Ended up ordering my donuts that were then thrown into just a bag versus putting in a box which they usually do in Ohio.

I stood there for 3 minutes and when I finally asked if someone could help me, the employee said to order on the kiosk. Frustrated, I walked out and overheard them laughing about it in Spanish, which I also speak. Clear laziness and terrible customer service. I went the day before and the same two got my order wrong, and when I told them they refused and said this is what I had ordred. Both don’t need to be working in customer service. The happened on 2/8/26 and 2/9/26 in the morning.

We waiting the drive through for 15 minutes and there was only two cars ahead of us… finally the car behind us had enough and backed out which made us be able to back out ourselves. We went in to the gas station part and one of the workers was on his way out and two ladies back there not seeming busy at all. Not sure how they could be with only two cars getting done in 15 minutes. We are on our way to vacation day and wasted too much time with this place. Frustrating.
