  We pulled up to the drive-through waited at the speaker for about five minutes. There was no sound. We couldn’t hear anybody we were asking so we pulled up waited for the car in front of us to get their drinks and then the server was very rude and told us we could only order at the speaker. They said the speaker is working. We should’ve just waited so we left and didn’t get a drink so I can’t tell you if it was any good, but based on the attitude of the employees, maybe not.

  Arrived at 5:55pm with stores listed closing time at 7pm and was denied service as staff stated they closed.

  Waiting in the drive thru as I write this… been sitting here 15mins. Can’t reverse because there are cars behind me. Ugh. What is taking so long!!! Never fails. One thing this Dunkin does not do is allow America to Run on Dunkin. More like Stop American it it’s track. 😆 let’s just hope the coffee is…as fresh as it can be coming from a gas station.

  To start off with I was unable to understand the girl at the drive-thru either due to the accent or the background music playing inside. So I drove around and immediately was not greeted by the person. She was walked away from the window so I waited for a few minutes for her to come back and then complete my order again. Wasn't able to understand her very well. Ended up ordering my donuts that were then thrown into just a bag versus putting in a box which they usually do in Ohio.

  With no other customer there other than me, standing at the register and both employees looking at me like I’m crazy . I stood there for 3 minutes and when I finally asked if someone could help me, the employee said to order on the kiosk. Frustrated, I walked out and overheard them laughing about it in Spanish, which I also speak. Clear laziness and terrible customer service. I went the day before and the same two got my order wrong, and when I told them they refused and said this is what I had ordred. Both don’t need to be working in customer service. The happened on 2/8/26 and 2/9/26 in the morning.
