  Lately this store has been failing across the board. Have ordered twice in the last month and both orders were completely wrong. Either added everything I wanted removed or removed literally everything beyond meat... will not be ordering from here again.

  The a/c has been out for three weeks and they are forcing employees to work through the heat and they can’t do anything about it, It’s well over 100 degrees in the store it self with bugs flying all over the place

  The staff was very rude. I’m actually very surprised still. I asked for oil and vinegar on my sub and the guy at the registered snapped at me “ I can’t add that on your sub” and just moved on with my order not asking any other questions. I Still bought my sub and asked the girl who made my sub for oil and vinegar packets or on the side and even more rude then the first guy gave me the dirties look and snapped “you can’t get that on the side” and walked away. I asked if she was joking, I was so shocked. Pretty sure this is a sub shop, where you can add/ take off any toppings. I get the same sub every time I go here and there’s never been any issues. I would of paid extra or changed my order. That level of rudeness is unacceptable for asking a SIMPLE questions. I’ve been in the industry a long time, and I understand times get stressful & customers can be rude. But this was uncalled for.
