I asked the lady for a specific product, paid for it, but probably made a mistake; pi got a different product. Came back to the counter, but she looked at me like a trash, she didn’t care that I made a mistake and paid for it. She didn’t offer and didn’t receive it back. When I asked for something else she charged me like nothing happened… and , with a winning look, asked me to through out the other product to the trash I felt really bad by this lady! The service was under anything I can imagine as a good service. She is not good for Dunkin ‘s image. That was the first and last time I’ll enter Dunkin.

They say I can’t you have to pick another donut. There was like 7 types of donuts in stock. Where did all the donuts go? Out of stock donuts shouldn’t be listed for sale on the kiosk if you can’t honor the sale. I was told to drive here tomorrow to speak with the manager or call Dunkin for a refund. All this work for $5, NOPE I won’t be back…
