He runs a professional operation and puts so much intention even into the slightest detail. I highly recommend him!

Every course was incredible, and he was so friendly and welcoming with us -- went above and beyond. Made the night something truly memorable, and one that our group will cherish. And the food -- from appetizers that included some of the tastiest meatballs and stuffing I've ever had to a main course that just crushed it (roasted turkey, truffle mashed potatoes, roasted carrots), as well as salad and dessert rounds that were so tasty -- it was a delicious experience.

He also makes delicious meals for vegans and vegetarians. He made me a vegan crab cake, and as someone who had not eaten crabmeat in years, it tasted like crabmeat. He has also made me vegan meatloaf which I loved.
