  Chef Alex provides such incredible food, he has catered several events I’ve been to, and quite honestly if I know he will be catering at an open event I will go out of my way to show up just for his food! He runs a professional operation and puts so much intention even into the slightest detail. I highly recommend him!

  Quite literally the best catering experience I've ever had. Chef Alex provided a great catering selection for our Business' Christmas Party. My favorite was the Jerk chicken he provided. Delicious, on time, and was a great success for all our customers!

  I hired Chef Alex to cater a luncheon, and he exceeded all expectations! He provided a variety of healthy options that were not only delicious but also affordable. Everyone at the event raved about the food. Chef Alex's attention to detail and commitment to quality made the luncheon a huge success. I highly recommend him for any catering needs!

  Wow! I was recommended Chef Alex and he didn’t disappoint. He cooks the best Latin food I have had, well abuela is best, but this came equal. Highly recommend

  Chef Alex catered our networking holiday event for 70 people and the entire event went off without a hitch! Alex and his team arrived on time, set up the serving stations beautifully. The servers were excellent, and he was also able to provide a bar tender. The food was great! He prepared a holiday menu of turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cranberries & desserts. He also provided a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Highly Recommend!
