  There is no running water faucets or soap in the bathrooms. Not eating here.

  Was sold food then told I couldn't eat it in the dining room half way through my meal because they had cleaned already...if I can walk into the dining room and sit down, I should be able to eat my my food without someone making me leave half way through. Food was fresh though.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. At approximately 2:40 PM yesterday, I walked into the Arby’s in Madison, Florida, and was shocked by what I saw and heard. Employees behind the counter were openly cussing and throwing tantrums because the 3:00 PM shift was not arriving on time and they were ready to leave. Two of the three front counter employees were raising their voices loud enough that it could be heard out in the connected gas station area. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in front of customers. On top of that, the cleanliness of the facility was poor and the overall attitude of the staff was terrible. There was a clear lack of management presence and leadership. I am a Madison local and after today’s experience, I refuse to return. This location needs serious attention from ownership and management.
