  I eat out a lot and feel that I am a fair and understanding person along with being quite generous with good service. This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The restaurant was empty but it took 30 minutes to get seated. The food still wasn’t there 90 minutes after being seated. We spoke to the manager and explained that we were no longer interested in the meal. He adjusted the bill to remove the food that we didn’t get and he said he removed the $15.99 Calamari appetizer. After reviewing closer, he only removed the $6.99 garlic bread. I brought it to his attention and he said, oh I removed the garlic bread. There was no remorse or effort to appease the situation. #20027

  Waitress or the cook didn't listen to the order my wife asked for 1 thing but brought out the opposite another lady asked how the good was we responded with the seafood boil isn't spicy at all she said she would bring out the seasoning they made it with. Which we didn't receive until my wire was done with her food. Then the waitress took a extra 15 minutes to cash us out. I personally wouldn't go back due to lack of listening skills but the atmosphere is good just the relaying of the orders can use work.

  We waited an hour for food. People came after us got their food and were leaving. We told the server we were leaving and we were still charged for 4 drinks even though we explained why we were leaving. Restrooms were atrocious. No toilet paper and stalls didn’t lock. We felt our server Dylan didn’t put our order in and yet didn’t tell us. We can’t rate the food since we never received it. We were at John’s Pass Madeira Beach.

  Our first time at Bubba Gumps and we have nothing bad to say! The food was fabulous, our server, Kelsea, worked hard to make the evening fun, and the atmosphere was filled with decor that pointed to the movie. For our large party, the music was a bit loud to engage in conversation, and they were accommodating to turn it down! Everyone enjoyed their food - it was a memorable night.💜 Thanks for everything, Kelsea!

  Had a wonderful lunch on the patio overlooking the water. Saw dolphins and the draw bridge go up as large boats and pirate ships passed by. We had the combo appetizer, shrimp po boy , and chicken sandwhich. Food and drinks were great -lava drink was my favorite. Kam our server was wonderful. Charismatic and helpful when my daughter had a hard time picking out what she wanted off the menu. Will definately enjoy again!
