This is the worst place I’ve EVER BEEN at! I’ve been here countless times and every time is a fail. They can never get orders right, my order is ALWAYS wrong so I always have to wait back in their line that wraps around the entire building on top of having to deal with their attitude all over again for something that was suppose to be in my bag to begin with. All the employees act clueless and high on something other than life.

As soon as we walked in a smelled the intense scent of urine, we quickly turned around and left. That issue needs to be addressed immediately.

I ordered my food on the app so I wouldn't have to wait too long then drove to the taco bell (over a 20 min drive) then i still had to sit and wait an extra 10 min (they were not busy at all) then I came home to open my food to find the bottom of my burrito basically burnt and my Quesadilla so stuck to the paper that I couldn't even open it up to eat it. I don't know what was going on tonight but this is ridiculous 🙄

You have to ring yourself up when you go in. They charge you for everything that you select (add natcho cheese, customizations, etc) but they don't make it correctly. I over paid $4 for additions that they didn't give me. It took forever to get our food too. Super frustrating.

I went through the drive-through and they gave us the wrong order and when I went back up there, I believe the kids name is Julius or Julian, He was amazing. He wrote down the order. He didn’t question me to death, even though I didn’t have my receipt with me.. Other team members supported and helped him and me make sure the order was done, right. Julian, if that’s his name, went above and beyond and was such a joy to deal with. This was at the Macclenny Location. They all did amazing and Julian deserves a raise and recognition. I’m very appreciative of him and the rest of the crew on Night Shift on Friday night February 6, 2026 at 9:30 PM.
