  When ordering we were told fried food only. 6 people in front of us I’m thinking okay then it should be fresh when we get ours. 30 minutes later we finally get our food and it’s not fresh at all. Everything is cold and milkshake is melted. Chicken strips ( if that’s what you call them) look a week old. Scale 1-10 I give a -5. Worse one I’ve been to.

  For months now my family and I have come to this McDonalds and during the day the service and time it takes to get the food you ordered isn't anything to write home about but its tolerable but the service and time it takes to get your food in the evening is like getting my teeth pulled and getting my hemroids worked in at the same time. I can only hope this is something that can be addressed soon and corrected otherwise we'll find an alternative.

  Literally sitting in line writing this. I’ve been here 25 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. There’s no way to get out of the line and I’ve already paid. I don’t know if this town or this McDonalds but it’s the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds. And I bet the fries will be cold.

  The girl with glasses n in the drive thru gave me someone else's meal and I had to give it back. She kept coming to the window asking what my order was. Its very poorly managed. Needs to be burned to the ground or new people under management. Ridiculous. What's the point of ordering if they dont even know what u ordered? Waste of space! I finally had to go in a d they had forgotten my order and it was cold when I got it. They wouldn't give me my refund! Corporate where u at?!?!!!!

  Terrible service, this is the only McDonald’s near my location so I have to come here whenever I get McDonald’s and every single time has been a terrible experience, every time I pull up to the window they have to ask me what I ordered at least 3 times before they figure it out, the drive through takes a minimum of 20 minutes to go through, and the food is just not great, 9 times out of 10 I have to wait for my food anyways and it’s cold by the time I get it
