  Staff is very unprofessional openly complaining about customers, working conditions, and sharing about things in their own lives not caring that anyone sitting in the dining area heard everything. We will not return to this establishment.

  The black hair older lady you have trying to run the drive thru held up the line for 45 mins. When it was finally my turn she didn't press some key for 5 mins. Than kept reading the orders over and over. Than was rude on top of her not caring about people who have to go to work. She said I don't care. I know I was in line for 45 mins because I just dropped off kids at 7its now 8. That's twice she's ran the window as held it up .. completely stopped it.

  We go to this Dunkin every Sunday to get something to eat and drink. There is a girl, she is blond has short hair and talks a lot. She works the front area with the drinks. Well, she also cussed a lot. It repulses me, shes been told by my friend about cussing in a professional environment and said sorry but the fact that he had to say something about her cussing in front of customers, on top of that, she apparently remembered him this time, because the second he walked out and I stayed in there today she started cussing up a storm. It's disgusting unprofessional behavior and I will be talking to the manager.

  Some of the employees are so rude! the girl at the window was very rude!!
