  Should get a discount with having to do my own order taking on the touch screen due to no person to take an order at the counter.

  Wow! The counter person was in a rush like i was bothering him. Asked for no salt on fries and got burnt nasty fries. Asked for onion on McChicken....nope, but lots of wet lettuce! Geez! Normally not an issue. Lobby was outta sweet tea .... took 5 mins to get the little girls attention to get the tea from drive thru.... again poor attidude...i was making them work and it wasnt busy! But the trash was all over full! Was going to eat there.... changed my mind QUICK!

  This place is truly terrible. Do not go here under any circumstance. It will be wrong, I guarantee it. It will be cold, old, or slow. I’ve visited this location at least 12 times in the last 5 months and it’s never been right. Never been good. Never been worth it. ​I specifically came for the Hunter x Hunter promotion, but of course, they were "out" of the Hunter x Hunter cards and didn’t even have the special sauce. If you aren't going to stock the collaboration items, don't advertise them on the app. ​Speaking of the app: it states they are open until 12 at night. I ordered at 10:52 PM and showed up at 11:10 PM only to find employees claiming they were closed. The individual then cancelled my order while I was standing there and said, “We never got it.” They started the conversation rude and eventually just slammed the rolling window door in my face. Whoever owns this place, I will be calling corporate. That employee should be fired for how they speak to customers—this is the third time they’ve been disrespectful to me. I will never patronize this location again. ​Every single time I go, they fail at the basics. It’s not rocket science; it’s fast food. A simple request like "no onions" can’t be filled consistently. I ask for separate bags? Nope—they stuff it all into one until it’s overflowing and ripping. And to top it off, I ended up with cold, soggy fries and no promo items. Come on, McDonald's. Get it together.

  I HATE that no one is ever at the register anymore. Now its expected to do the order yourself, and when they forget something (because they ALWAYS do), they (including management) act completely annoyed when you get their attention. Literally the only thing they have going on for them is the play place, other than that, this place sucks.

  3/25/26 Drove 25 minutes to bring my Grandson here to eat and play. Got there at 1:40 pm and went to restroom and washed our hands. I ordered on the app while he played on computer. I don't et him on equipment till he eats and all bigger kids were eating so no one for him to play with anyway. I placed order at 1:47 pm and a couple mins later a lady came in and brought our cups, and shut the door to play area. I waited for 25 minutes for our food then had my Grandson come to table put sanitizer on his hands and went to get our drinks. Upon coming back I see a sign on the door that says play area will be closed from 2-5 for routine maintenance. I told my Grandson to eat a couple bites and go play before they came in. He played for about a minute and a lady came in and told everyone to leave. I said no I'm going to let him play for 5 minutes we just got our food. She said no I have to clean I said we'll yall need to do it when it's not busy. She said it's always busy. I highly doubt it is busy at opening in the morning or at 9 at night. Place is open till midnight. I called Grandson over at this point and said come eat she can clean around us for now i still had half my food left at this point. Anyway biggest issue is they should close door and put sign up atleast and hour before scheduled closing to give people fair warning not 10 minutes before wanting to close. Not a happy customer at all. Manager needs to do better. Sorry I took my frustration out on lady trying to do her job.
