  I spoke with a lady named Ashlee I believe she is the manager of the store and this place is staffed with a team that is more than capable of delivering a tasty fresh meal at every visit at least that has been my experience. Great job you guys the sweet and spicy is so yummy. Very impressed and appreciative of my visits so far. Hope to continue to have this experience in my future visits. Thank you guys

  A old home town favorite. We just stopped in for a milk shake today,for they are AWESOME. The young man that waited on me was friendly and fast. When he went to make the shakes the machine was empty. He informed me it would be a minute. No problem its with the waìt. The young man filled the machine. The manager on duty proceeds to ask him why he put two bags in the machine. The young man proceeds to tell her it was empty so he filled it. She proceeds to jump him for not asking how much mix to put. Now myself I thought he did great by filling it, but she jumped him in front of guests. That's not cool. She needs better people sklls.

  I have ate here and I have delivered many orders for them. I must say it’s a great experience with friendly people and clean restaurant . Food has always been great. Hot and fresh.

  2nd time a week they screwed up my meal. I asked for mustard and Mayo no onion. I got a dry burger with cheese only. Today asked no onions add mayonnaise. It was full of onions, no cheese or Mayonnaise. I normally love Whataburger. I’m done with this location in Lynn Haven. Must be bad Management!!!!

  I’ve gone to this Whataburger since its grand opening when I was a kid, & to this day, it hasn't disappointed. My order is accurate about 90% of the time, & while mistakes happen, the staff is always courteous & quick to correct them. The food consistently comes out hot & fresh, the drinks are crisp, & I’ve enjoyed every seasonal item I’ve tried for the most part. The staff is friendly & professional, & although the dining area can get messy during busy shifts or when they are short-staffed, the team works hard to catch up. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality & prices are great—plus, they offer a 50% discount for active-duty law enforcement dining inside (just be prepared to sign the receipt per their policy). I especially want to mention Shantell, who helped me this morning; even though she is new, she was friendly, accurate, & stayed busy cleaning & checking on customers with a smile. The female manager (can’t recall her name) is also wonderful & does an amazing job running the place.
