Asked the attendant if EVERYTHING is in the bag. Yes of course it is! Get home, no been burritos! Back to store 019753, Lynn Haven, FL. Go inside, walk up to the counter, show receipt, tell them order short 4 bean burritos, handed a bag and was told “we saved them for you” with a big smile. My issue? 30 minute old burritos in the bag. 30 minute old tacos (not crunchy anymore) and 30 minute old soggy nachos waiting at home. Seriously HORRIBLE SERVICE! I know it’s fast food but Sheesh!

The lady at the counter said, 'Sorry, we can't take orders at the counter.' They got upset and left. Is this what the world has come to? Not everyone is tech savvy; some are still old school and like to order face-to-face. When asked about it, they said it was more efficient and cost-effective. However, there is an employee who hands you your cup and cleans the screen after every order. Do better, Taco Bell!
