First of all the woman taking my order said they dont stock sprite zero, which I know for fact is not true for all or most mcdonalds. If they were simply out of it, she did not make that clear and her attitude from the beginning did not help. Secondly, the drive through took 18 minutes from ordering to receiving my food...with only two cars in front of me. And upon receiving my food the worker handed me my bag sideways, to the point fries fell out. She did not provide a straw or napkins and did not speak at all or apologise for the long wait, except for saying "bye" when i was driving away. Who does that??? To top it all off, the food was cold. This isn't the first time I've received cold food, long wait times and poor service and rude workers here and I will not be coming back.
