Told us we didn’t order a blizzard, showed them a receipt of said blizzard and they made it without saying anything else, wrong size blizzard even after confirming. 4 tenders after ordering 6, no fries, didn’t apologize, nothing. Will never come back. If you hate your job find another one. All kids working, not a single adult.. probably why there is no leadership among the staff

She looked confused but said okay and we went and sat down. 30 minutes passed by, several other customers came and left but we still hadn’t received our order. Starting to get irritated, we went up to the counter to see the hold up. After waiting for someone at the counter for about five minutes, we were greeted with a “what do you need” from a different lady, kinda rude but ok so we asked how much longer for our food and she said she didn’t know, sighed and turned around to give us our food that had been sitting. No one called our name, no one said mobile order or anything. Not even an apology. Our fries were ice cold and chicken strips were old. If I could leave zero stars I would. Safe to say we will not be returning. This was the worst service we’ve ever had in Lynn haven so all these negative reviews are not lying.

Received a confirmation email for my order. I arrive on the date of my order to find that no cake had been made. The best they could do was have it ready in 2hrs. Family was already at the house for cake. My advice would be to call and verify, but I won't be ordering from here again.
