When I walked in, the lady behind the counter told me she couldn’t take my order because they stop serving a quarter til close? Yeah, business shouldn’t work that way. If you close a quarter til, then adjust your operating hours accordingly so you don’t waste people’s time.

I believe the woman that I normally see is the owner and she exudes positivity and warmth. I don’t spend my money at any other Subway!
