  Ordered $40+ worth of food through Uber tonight and this hamburger was part of the $20+ meal for one person - "Arch burger meal". While I realize there is grace for mistakes, there is no room for allowing undercooked meat to leave your restaurant. The line has to be drawn somewhere. I will bring the photos which are date stamped, and taken with my receipt to your location in person when I have the time to do so. I hope this purchase will be refunded. According to McDonald’s Corporate Standards - ​McDonald’s has standards that are actually stricter than the Florida law. According to their food safety protocols: ​Target Temperature: McDonald’s cooks its beef patties to an internal temperature of 175 degrees. ​Visual Standard: Their training manuals state that patties should be "gray/brown" throughout with no visible pink. ​Safety Checks: Managers are required to perform "internal temperature checks" multiple times a day using digital thermometers to ensure the grills are cooking the meat to these exact standards. PSA - Check your food, especially what you may hand off to your children to consume.

  Long wait for chicken nuggets. My order was to go. I didnt get a straw for my Coke and only received one napkin.

  Who does the ordering here ? Fire them! How can you be always out of products and be a brand new store . Get your act together people!

  I tried to place order for multiple times and called them several times. First no body would answer the call .and then finally someone picked up the phone. I told them that i want pick up at certain time and don't cancel the order .. But they kept cancelling the order.. This was horrible.. even after paying upfront with card why would you cancel my order ??? Thanks for ruining our dinner !!
