  I stopped by this McDonald’s today and was really disappointed. The drive-thru was very slow with a long wait, and when I finally got my food, everything was cold. The burgers in the Big Mac were burned, hard, and sloppily made—I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Easter a day meant for care and renewal, this experience felt rushed and lacking intention. Hoping for better quality and mindfulness in the future.

  this mcdonalds always gets my order wrong every time i go, i had just gotten off a long shift at work and ordered the $6 mcdouble meal deal, got home and opened the bag to see that they didn’t include my 4pc nuggets and sauces. on top of that they also added ketchup to my burger when the ticket clearly read no ketchup. really makes you wonder how much they just are not paying attention when making peoples orders. very dissapointed.

  Just went through the drive thru (I got to this mc Donald’s all the time usually before work) I’ve never had someone speak to me so rude and condescending I don’t know her name and have never seen her but it was so bad all I ordered was one breakfast sandwhich and my order was still wrong on top of that.

  I would have given them a 5 but I have to check my sweet tea every time because a lot of the time they give me unsweetened

  If i could put zero i would! I live right near this location and I spend aloy of money here but lately my order is always wrong today I worked 13 hours and was starving I went thru drive thru and at the second window they handed me a med drink when I ordered a large and then pulled me to third window I waited 6 mins before finally getting my food and I just get home to find I got someones else's order tht I will not eat so I am now out 14 dollars and no food for me or my son!!! Last visit i waited over 20 minutes for my sons cookie pack because they came to the window and said they were sorry they forgot to turn the oven on/timer and then again came out to tell me they burnt them so they had to be remade!!! I am a store manager and this is very unacceptable from employees and the manager on duty! No apologies nothing over either situation. Nor can you call this location the phone rings busy every time I have tried calling! Please do better as its not a good look for the store as a whole!!!
