  Ridiculous. Because this one's the closest to me I've been there a few times. Every time there's two people in the drive thru and it takes forever. Every time you sit at the window for twenty minutes waiting for someone to take your order. You're better off driving to Wendy's or Chick Fil A or even if you go to another McDonald's thirty minutes away you'll get food faster. I'm sure there's someone making minimum wage at another location who's capable and willing to run this place better.

  It took 20 minutes to get a spicy mcchicken and everyone was working extremely slow.

  Cold. Harsh interior. They tried to make the interior look like Germany. Void of anything welcoming. I am standing in front of 2 points of sale. With no employees in sight. The Uber eats driver comes in behind me in a hurry. Yelling over my shoulder hey come on let's go. Finally some kids come out of the back. They came pretty quick. Attention manager. You are obviously not one, I order two hamburgers a large order of french fries and a medium drink. The kid said it's $18.53. I left!!! Bye-bye McDonald's on Van Dyke Road and Dale Mabry. 👋
