  The Dart Tech team selected this for our quarterly team event. The booking process was easy, and the program selection was easy. We were welcomed and directed by Kevin and Ari and introduced to Adrian who oversaw the pleasureful night we had. These 3 MainEvent employees certainly distinguished themselves with their professionalism, friendliness and extraordinary level of service. They are first ballot hall of fame employees at MainEvent! Thank you!

  I recently went to Main Event in Wesley Chapel, and honestly, I had a really good time. As soon as we walked in, the place had a fun, high-energy vibe that made it easy to get excited about being there. There’s a ton to do, so we were never just standing around trying to figure out what’s next. At front we met the manager Laura who fully explained everything for us. We spent a good amount of time bowling, and the lanes were clean and worked well, which made everything run smoothly. After that, we hit the arcade, and that was probably my favorite part. They’ve got a really good mix of games—some classics and some newer ones—so it didn’t get boring at all. The food was pretty solid. It’s not anything super fancy, but it definitely did the job and kept us going while we played. The staff was friendly overall, especially McKaide who brought out our food and drinks. Never met a food runner who was so engaged and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job. Overall, it’s just a really fun spot to hang out, whether you’re with friends or family. I’d definitely go back.

  The Cheesecake Factory is where we had dinner after doing some shopping at the Tampa Outlet Mall. Being Christians, We were very pleased to find a CF that didn't not have the traditional nautical dieties painted on their walls. This is the only CF location that I have found like this. Which is great because it is my wife's favorite restaurant and the night was awesome. Beautiful restaurant Great staff Great food Atmosphere was 👍 They are handicap friendly ♿️👍 Military friendly not as much. Maybe in the future.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. Tonight we dealt with something from this establishment that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. The manager was talking about my family & friends laughing at us. Said she had a “funny walk” My friend injured herself and they were making fun of her walk. The only reason i know this is i overheard her & “security guards” When i approached her letting her know i heard her she proceeded to tell me she was talking about someone else when it was a definite description of my friend. Even if you were, (She wasn’t ) Why are we talking about other people in their walks? the “security” were laughing and looking at my friend. Is bullying part of their policy? They said they are a “small business” to go ahead and make a complaint. We have been here so many different times and will never return. I told them this and they said they didn’t care if we made a post bc the people who won’t see the post will still return & know nothing. This came from the manager herself she has a power trip. Go to Dave & Buster bc main event has terrible customer service. This was all from the female manager and security they have recently hired.

  Listen folks, this is a family place. It is loud, and busy and the young people working here often look as though they wish they had a different job. I certainly did not come here for the food or the service but instead for the games my kids could enjoy over spring break while I worked via wifi in the dining area. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised by this place; I came with two 15 y/o kids on spring break who had a limited posketbook. The menu is pretty vast for a place like this, a good variety on the menu and a full bar. The prices were surprisingly affordable and we were able to eat and snack all day for under $100 (3 ppl 15+ y/o). Nothing felt over-priced or inflated, to include entree items, and the food taste was pretty good; not spectacular but not awful either. The sliders were much better than the chicken nachos. Fries left much to be desired but overall, much of what you would expect for a business such as this one. What made my experience review worthy was the waiter we had, Nic (spelled as such, without a 'K'). Nic is a hustler, moving from one table to the next, engaging and smiling and kicking some serious wait-staff-butt. While co-workers were slowly meandering between tables, Nic was moving with purpose, attending to his tables and bringing a positive attitude with him. Nic was beyond impressive and absolutely needs to be recognized and appreciated for his exceptional work ethic. He went above and beyond in a challenging environment (spring break!) and kept a smile on his face the whole time. If that isn't excellence, I don't know what is. Get this man a manager position; he deserves it and the business will thrive from it. He stands above all other employees at our first visit today. And yet, we will be back... thanks to Nic and his exemplary kindness, attention and positive attitude. He is one in a million.
