  From the moment you walk in, it’s clean and comfortable The staff was friendly and took my order at the counter I didn’t have to use the machines. I want to give Alreny they shout out she made our visit extremely wonderful. She brought the food to our table. She gave us crafts and we just had a great time. The food was perfect by the way.

  Terrible experience, food was cold and poorly prepared, asked for my breakfast burrito to be warmed up and was told there was no way and looked at me like I was the problem because I wanted a warm burrito that I paid for. Our tray was filthy, no one at the counter, had to wait. Will never eat at this Wendy's or any Wendy's ever again. If your reading those comment, please don't waste your money here like I did

  Newer Wendys in Lutz made it simple and easy to get a free double stack Burger from the Tampa Bay lightning offer..⚡ now I have lunch for tomorrow...!!

  Pulling people to parking spots to game their system. How about you make enough food to actually service people at your drive through during your busiest hour.

  Breakfast starts at 7am but nothing is ever ready on Saturday mornings new manager is useless. Had to wait 20 minutes for service pathetic.
