Who ever the kid was making the smoothies appeared to be doing just whatever his heart desired because he was messing peoples order up. Having folks waiting for smoothies as they just either sat on the counter in a cup or would leave smoothies in the blender and forget they were in there and start working on other orders. I got 1 of my 2 drinks and waited at least 20 minutes before any staff noticed that I was still there waiting while some other customers were ordering and leaving. My second drink was forgotten about and was eventually made but the overall service was really, really bad today.

Than after 10 mins when my order said it should be placed they finally make my drink and place it on the self which i out curbside. Walked in and they were both focused on this boy and talking to him no greeting and my drinks on the self the label litterly saying curbside. This store has always lacked customer service honestly ur better off at planet smoothie a minute down.
