    Well it's a Taco Bell for quick filling fast food. However if Cindy (lobby) is working it's even a better experience. She is so helpful and friendly that you go here just for her. Way to hire the right people Taco Bell.

    My burrito was cold and the tortilla was hard. The employees were yelling at others. And every table was dirty. Definitely will not be going back here

    They actually got our orders correct! Tacos were messy but tasty. Seasoning in meat was perfect with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Price was just okay. Not overly noisy and it was clean.

    So I placed an order at the lutz location, on the app. There is no way that you can cancel the order, I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 10 minutes to speak with somebody, I tried to call the lutz location 12 times, there was no answer, when we got there, we asked Terry to remake the food because it was COLD and she was incredibly rude and said she would not remake the food when we told her what happened. They don't give you an option to cancel the order, DO NOT COME HERE!!! Terry is a horrible manager, she does not know how to do her job properly, and I will be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint
