I know I should have checked my bag because the people in the back were bullshiting instead of paying attention. The food is expensive as it is and there not even doing it right and they can say it was busy with only 6 customers in the place .

When he’s there, the store is spotless and the whole team runs like a well-oiled machine. As Sip Club members who visit many Paneras across Florida, I can honestly say there has never been a Panera quite like my Panera. In a time when good service and great food can be hard to come by, this crew delivers it every single day. They’ve set the bar high, and they deserve all the praise! One morning I picked up food from them, when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. I called the store and a man claiming he’s the manager said they will sent me a gift card… that was over 2 months ago.. it never came. He asked for my address for what and everything lol… Chicken salad chick… Jersey mikes.. many other better options for a sandwhich that actually put enough ingredients in your sandwhich and won’t mess up the order and not fix it
