  Order Details: Drive-thru, Frappé ordered and paid for. The incompetence at this McDonald's location is truly stunning. I ordered a simple Frappé, paid for it immediately, and was then abruptly shuffled into the dreaded "waiting area." Ten minutes. TEN MINUTES we sat there, watching multiple cars get their entire hot meal orders before mine, only to be told they "forgot" to make a single cold drink. When the manager or whoever finally realized their monumental error, the girl who took my order had the audacity to deliver the line, "Oh well, sorry 'bout that," with a literal smirk plastered across her face. Seriously? A smirk? You wasted a quarter of an hour of my time because of your mistake, and your customer service recovery involves blatant disrespect and an attitude problem. If you can't handle a basic drive-thru order for one drink, you have no business being in the fast-food industry. This wasn't just slow service; it was forgetful, unapologetic, and openly contemptuous. Do better. Actually, just go somewhere else entirely.

  I did not know this. There are workers out there that don’t make mistakes. (PERFECT) Came here the other night with friends. Unfortunately, my buddy has dementia. But he does well most of the time, but he has his moments. We got done eating and the granddaughter wanted to play. My buddy forgets where he was and lite a cig. By mistake. As soon he lite it he realizes and put it out before he even took a puff. A few minutes later the manager came over and was very rude and kick us out. I guess she is PERFECT. She asked if someone was smoking. He right away said it was him and it was a mistake and put it out right away. I hope someday she doesn’t get sick when she gets old.

  What is SCAM !!! They only give you a 1/2 slice of cheese on a filet-O-fish sandwich. Also, the sauce amount is the size of less than a dime. Service is TERRIBLE!. After asking twice, still no more sauce and they argued and had me pay $1.09 EXTRA for a full slice of cheese per Anthony that Manages the McDonald’s in lutz by Tampa Bay Outlet Mall. Don’t waste your time here! Stingy! “SCAM”

  I’ve never been to a place that is so incredibly rude. The food was fine it was what you’d expect from McDonald’s. But both of the workers I interacted with were extremely rude. I pay for my food I go to the pick up window. The girl at the window keep giving me dirty looks and side eyes and there’s someone at the third window so I assume that maybe I’m supposed to go up there and quickly realized that wasn’t the case. I know now I look stupid. So I go inside to apologize for the inconvenience and get the food I paid for and there’s no one working the front counter but there’s a manager taking food back and forth through the lobby. I wait there a few minutes before flagging the guy down and he raised his voice at me saying “YEP I KNOW WHO YOU ARE GIVE ME A SECOND” and I got my food a few minutes later. I work in food service so I always Will give service workers grace when I can tell they are stressed but these people were just flat out rude. Don’t go here
