  This place is super unorganized way overpriced and they don’t really care about the quality of your good time. You have one hour to sit the kids down and feed them have them do a craft show and then you’re probably kicked your butts out of the seats and made you go somewhere else. Not sure why parents would ever rent this for their kids. I’ve been here an hour and a half. I’ve heard approximately half the birthday parties complaining about the process. Take my advice go to the park have your own fun. this place is not it.

  We recently took our family here to enjoy some quality time together. The games were fun and the food was good. The drink service was a little on the slower end; However, the drink I ordered was made very well. A special thanks to our wonderful host Albeiro who was not only a pleasant presence but also went above and beyond to accommodate our large party. I would also like to recognize our amazing waiter Carlos whom we’ve had the pleasure of meeting during a prior visit and once again he did not disappoint! Great personnel, wonderful hospitality and overall excellent experience thanks to those two! Will be returning in the near future.

  Terrible service. We came in around 9pm to bowl. They close at 12. We paid for 2 hours of bowling. They told us the lame would be ready in 45 minutes. So we ordered food and drinks. After an hour, we have received notification about the lane being ready. We asked for a refund which they had no problem doing, but they wouldn't print a copy of the receipt for our records. My friend didn't want to give them the signed receipt without having a copy for his records. The staff member threatened to call the police if their receipt wasn't returned although they refused to give us one. Sure enough about 20 minutes later, 3 sheriffs showed up to escort us out over a freaking receipt. Will never return. The food was ok, but not worth the terrible customer service received from the guy at the counter.

  First of I normally don't write review but this experience needs attention. Gave them 2 instead if one because the other staff (bartender and server had nothing to do with my experience) My first time here and I'm with my niece and her friend (both adults). We get there right before 9pm and place closes at midnight. My nieces friend asks about bowling and they tell us it will be 45 min wait. He agrees to sign in and PAYS for 2 hours of bowling. So while we wait for our lane we grabbed a drink and some food. Bartender was amazing, very nice and friendly. Sever was nice got our orders right and everything was tasty. By the time we finished eating it was past 10 pm and we have yet to be notified abput our lane. He goes to ask about our lane and is told it would be about another 30 mins. He told the kid behind the counter that how could that be if we paid for 2 hours and they close at 12. Kid just shrugged shoulders. So my party asked for a refund. The kid hands him a receipt to sign but refused to give him a copy of the receipt for the refund. So my nieces friend took the one he was originally handed to sign. The kid behind the counter proceeded to say that that was their receipt and that he was going to call the cops if we didn't give it back. My party kept the receipt because how are we to prove there was a refund in the event its charged in the bank. So my nieces friend came back to the table we were sitting to finish our food and drinks. Tell my a few minutes later 2 Sheriffs approach us stating we had to leave or they were going to charge us with trespassing!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS OVER A RECEIPT THAT THEY COULD HAVE REPRINTED. That is all we asked for. Of course we were not trying to start anything and agreed politely to leave. We walk outside and there are 3 Sheriff cars. Seriously all over a receipt. Worst experience ever and will not be going there again!

  So many machines were broken or took our credits and froze. Also, We usually like to save all of our tickets till we have a good amount. We checked our cards and all 4 had about 500 plus tickets. We go to the prize counter to be greeted by a young girl who said she could combine them all. She started swiping and told us that all of our cards had 0 tickets after we just had checked them. Something is really wrong with the systems here included and broken down games. So upsetting after all the money we spent
