There are no signs and employees dont tell you, so I will. You have to sign up for a time slot for the ropes course and laser tag. Both are done in the same line on the right side counter of the prize store for the arcade. Why they cannot invest in a few simple signs, I do not know. Also, the food and fun voucher says its a free entree off the list, but our free entrees totaled to $89 in our group and the discount was $71. Employees were very understaffed so everything took a while and 1 employee on the ropes course was on their phone not watching the guests for at least half the time I was watching our group up there.

Listen folks, this is a family place. It is loud, and busy and the young people working here often look as though they wish they had a different job. I certainly did not come here for the food or the service but instead for the games my kids could enjoy over spring break while I worked via wifi in the dining area. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised by this place; I came with two 15 y/o kids on spring break who had a limited posketbook. The menu is pretty vast for a place like this, a good variety on the menu and a full bar. The prices were surprisingly affordable and we were able to eat and snack all day for under $100 (3 ppl 15+ y/o). Nothing felt over-priced or inflated, to include entree items, and the food taste was pretty good; not spectacular but not awful either. The sliders were much better than the chicken nachos. Fries left much to be desired but overall, much of what you would expect for a business such as this one. What made my experience review worthy was the waiter we had, Nic (spelled as such, without a 'K'). Nic is a hustler, moving from one table to the next, engaging and smiling and kicking some serious wait-staff-butt. While co-workers were slowly meandering between tables, Nic was moving with purpose, attending to his tables and bringing a positive attitude with him. Nic was beyond impressive and absolutely needs to be recognized and appreciated for his exceptional work ethic. He went above and beyond in a challenging environment (spring break!) and kept a smile on his face the whole time. If that isn't excellence, I don't know what is. Get this man a manager position; he deserves it and the business will thrive from it. He stands above all other employees at our first visit today. And yet, we will be back... thanks to Nic and his exemplary kindness, attention and positive attitude. He is one in a million.

We've celebrated our daughter's birthday party there and everyone had a blast! It was our first time using their services and being there, and we recommend it 100%! Annie was an awesome host and made the transitions very smooth. The pizza was surprisingly very good. We spent a few hours there even after the birthday ended because there was so much to explore.

10/10 would recommend... I've been meaning to do this review for the past few days but my daughter and her friend had a playdate at Main Event on Valentine's Day. The staff was the absolute best to them. They even gifted them a few trinkets for Valentine's Day 🥰. Honestly, I have never experienced the customer service and attentiveness that this place gave. Not one staff member that we encountered was rude, negative or hard to deal with and honestly it's not about the extra gifts they gave to our kids but just how they made them feel special ✨ A special shout out to Miss Bonnie, Taylor, Nic, and Alisa (I'm sure I got her name wrong and I apologize. She's the bartender 😅)

Food was way overpriced, me and my family of 4 others just opted for appetizers, namely the Smash Burger Sliders and Chicken Nachos... then it took roughly 45 minutes to get just those out (they even gave us plates before the food came... dirty ones) and when they came... the burgers were burnt black, and the nachos were cold. We were hungry at that point, so we ate the nachos simply because (mind you it was an appetizer so it wasn't enough for everyone to get a decent share). When we asked management to explain the burgers that had literal chunks of charred meat falling off, the manager did slash the uneaten burgers off the bill... we still had to pay for the nachos because we ate them, despite the circumstances. Overall, horrible experience. I hope they improve...
