- GAG A4 days ago1.01diots. Uber order and literally called to make sure my bag was sealed properly since i didn’t want uber snacking on my fries. Guy said i gotchu. I said cool, hes got me, i can stop worrying about it. Thanks. Not only did he not close it properly, other than with the one regular crappy sticker on top which still leaves the bag open. But he didnt have me because he forgot my fries too. Hey buddy. I know you guys already put one sticker on the bag. I called so you can maybe put more??? You said i gotchu. Its not rocket science. And youd think they’d have extra attention to that order since i called but nope, didnt follow instructions and forgot fries. Its really not that hard. Just read and put what it says in the bag. Thats pretty much it. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

The burger was ok but the fries, my god the fries, first the don’t use the cups anymore so the portion is a lot smaller and then they had the audacity to use more slat than potatoes. Completely inedible I saw less white powder on Tony Montanas face in his last scene in Scarface than what was on my fries which I had to toss because I hadn’t refilled my blood pressure meds yet and didnt want to have a stroke.

The staff member who took our order spoke in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. She made mistakes with our order more than once, yet continued with the same poor attitude instead of handling the situation professionally. Mistakes can happen, but respectful communication is expected. especially when serving customers with their families.
