- RMRoo MFeb 15, 20261.0Five guys used to be the go to place for burgers and huge order of fries I guess those days are over. I ordered a little cheeseburger and regular fries. The burger was ok but the fries, my god the fries, first the don’t use the cups anymore so the portion is a lot smaller and then they had the audacity to use more slat than potatoes. Completely inedible I saw less white powder on Tony Montanas face in his last scene in Scarface than what was on my fries which I had to toss because I hadn’t refilled my blood pressure meds yet and didnt want to have a stroke.

The staff member who took our order spoke in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. She made mistakes with our order more than once, yet continued with the same poor attitude instead of handling the situation professionally. Mistakes can happen, but respectful communication is expected. especially when serving customers with their families.
