I’ve tried the Countdown Mocha hot recently and first off it was incredibly hot, burned my tongue on the first sip, took about 25 minutes for it to cool down enough for me to drink it, it was a bit bland. I had the same drink as a cold drink and it was amazing. So if you go here I’d get an iced drink for sure!

Mobile order was ok, but they were so congested with ordering that mobile orders seem to fall behind. I wish that they could have turned off the mobile order system.

This has happened multiple times, I put in a mobile order and the staff doesnt start the order until I’m there. It’s made me late to work one occasion, I put in a mobile order to pick up before work and it takes the staff 30mins for the order to get out even though I ordered ahead 15 mins in advance. Every time I order ahead the staff seems to like to wait until the customer shows up at the window to even start the order. Mobile should be a top priority if it’s a ASAP order, not a “I’ll just wait till they get here”. That’s not how you run a good mobile order system. Other than that the drinks and service are great and staff are super friendly. I just wish that if I order ahead that my order will be waiting for me, not me waiting on a drink I ordered 15mins in advance.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
