  I was super excited to check out Dutch bros as I’ve heard great things about their coffee and atmosphere. This location disappointed me when I went last week. I saw staff outside talking for the entirety I was in line (15 minutes). There were two lines and one person taking orders. The customer service lacked with no warm energy and when I asked I question about sizes I felt like a burden. The girl at the window straight up ignored me when I spoke to her. The coffee was good.

  I had the Americano and I gotta say it was the most AMAZING AMERICAN AMERICANO that this American ever put in his American mouth. God Bless America and God bless this extraordinary blend...wow!! and the extraordinary server, Grace. And what service. She was shy and kind and professional and knew every question I asked. I didn't ask many..but she knew them all. I didn't feel rushed and Grace was the kindest young lady. This company did well in hiring her. The drive thru was spacious and the dining area was super cute and modern and stocked and everyone i encountered was super friendly. And I left with a very satisfying coffee experience. Thank you all so much and thank you Grace. You might remember me..you complimented my cowboy hat!! My wife and I just moved here from North Dakota and this is already one of our favorite places.

  I have been anticipating Dutch Bros opening and they did not disappoint!! The caramel pumpkin brûlée was the first drink I tried and wow!!! So much better than a lot of pumpkin coffees in the area!! A young lady named Alexa was very helpful in explaining the beverages and recommending some of her favorites. I’ve also tried a golden eagle, which is also a delicious classic. Your wait time no different than Starbucks or Dunkin, so don’t be discouraged if you see a line. The staff is always very friendly and they have an upbeat vibe. Definitely a great addition to the area!

  First time going to Dutch Bros and I must say I wish we had a location back home in PA. They specialize in coffees, and assorted drinks that Include some of your favorite energy drinks. I had a hot Carmel coffee, my wife got a frozen carmel pumpkin brulee, and my daughter got a blue drink with red bull in it. Everyone was satisfied w their drink choices. I for one am not a frozen coffee guy, but let me tell you after trying my wife's I literally went back the next day and got what she had cause it was literally the BEST frozen coffee I ever had in my life. The frozen carmel pumpkin brulee is A+++++. It's a must try if you like Carmel coffees!! You won't be disappointed.

  I was so excited to try Dutch bros, however, the hype didn’t meet my expectations. The first time I went there was no wait, as it was in the afternoon on a weekday. I had an iced sugar free vanilla latte, which had a chemical aftertaste. I then decided to try the sugar free strawberry Rebel drink, and was disappointed. I went around 6:30 pm on a weekday and waited over 40 minutes in line!! There were about 10 cars in front of me, but a 40 minute wait time was insane. Despite the long wait, the strawberry Rebel tasted like sugar free Red Bull with a small amount of strawberry syrup. I understand the establishment is new, but could use more employees until they’re trained. Although, the staff were all very friendly.
