  I’m soooooooo tired of people applying to jobs especially in hospitality that don’t even want to work. Come in with a messed up attitude ready to ruin the next person day by being absolutely difficult. So confused on why I couldn’t place 2 orders or even add another coffee to the first order. What would have been the difference if I placed an order in the drive thru and then walked inside to place another order? Make it make sense. This the second Dunkin I’ve done experienced attitude and what they can’t do instead of what they can. The Dunkin on Fowler rushed me through my whole order then when I asked what’s the problem she told me I could leave.

  I love to go here before school sometimes, but usually the service is not very good. The drinks and food are good, but the staff will ignore you if you are sitting at the counter, I’ve had to wait 10 minutes many times. I feel like 10 minutes is long to wait to order your food, especially being at a fast food restaurant. They prioritize the drive-through which I understand but they ignore everybody else that needs to take their order. Also, the staff is simply rude. I have gone in the morning and in the afternoon and in the morning, the staff seems miserable. It seems like they’re upset that they get no tips, but they are so rude to their customers. There’s no surprise. If you come in with more than 2 people be prepared to wait.

  This Dunkin Donuts location is fast and efficient. The staff were extremely nice. I have not had a coffee with grounds in it yet. Several other locations are not as thorough.

  I’m not trying to be picky, but lately the quality of this place has gone down. Usually after 4 PM they don’t have the items I want. Today I went to buy 5 glazed chocolate munchkins and 2 glazed chocolate donuts, plus a Snack-n-Bacon and a hot chai. They brought my order incorrectly, and I was charged $24 for something that shouldn’t have cost even $8. A girl came to try to fix the mistake, but she seemed a bit confused, and since there was a line behind me, I told her to forget it and I left. I also tried calling many times today, but nobody answered the phone. The service at this place Lutz N Dale Mabry is a little unprofessional.
