    Way too busy, need to expand this location or hire more workers. Food came out poorly as a consequence of too many ppl in line. This has happened multiple days

    terrible service and i’ve been scammed here before by the same person twice now. the first time i went they didn’t give me back all of my change and walked away, they didn’t communicate why either and i was confused and honestly just didn’t want to deal with it so i just left. I also just have terrible anxiety about coming across as a “Karen“ So I have a bad habit of letting things like that slide or not sticking up or standing up for myself in those moments. either way they should have communicated in that moment which they didn’t. then, i went the other day to buy two donuts which usually comes to be about $4 and some change, I used my dunkin app reload card which at the time had that amount on there. this amount was pulled off of my app card and I have the receipt for that on my app. but the person at the register (same person as before) asked me for $3 additional dollars saying I still owed money. as far as I know Dunkin’ Donuts donuts have never cost more than like $1.89 at one point when I was younger they were straight up a dollar so I’m not really sure why I had to pay almost 7 dollars for two donuts. I’ve never paid that much for two donuts in my entire life at Dunkin. I gave it to them without thinking as I was in a rush to get to work and didn’t have time to look at my app to see what was going on. I did think it was strange when they asked for more money because I did know that I had a sufficient amount of money on my app to pay for the two donuts, but I just was in a rush and didn’t think to ask them what they were charging for. So I’m unsure if this person charged me for something more than the two donuts or if they literally just took my money and were pocketing it in both these instances. as i said It was the same person in both instances when I went. There are people there that do seem to have good service or I should say i have encountered at least one person there that has good service but majority of the people working here seem to hate their job and/or their life. The fact that I can say that shows that they are letting that come across to the customers which means that they aren’t able to come into work and push aside whatever bad day they’re having to help customers. I work in hospitality as well so I understand having rough moments and I even understand hating your job, but you have to come to work and put that aside to be able to help your customers to give good service. customers aren’t the ones that are making your day bad unless they’re bad customers or rude customers which I also can understand but I have never been a rude or bad customer when going here. But every time I have gone here, I have encountered terrible customer service, or like I said, above the two instances where I felt as though my money was taken. They also seemed to always have an issue with their registers when I’ve gone or something. There’s just always some issue whenever I go here but the main thing is the unprofessional and terrible customer service. There are other Dunkins to go to that are better and it sucks that I can’t go to this one anymore cause it is incredibly close to my workplace, but I’d rather drive out of my way then deal with going here and having to deal with that customer service or feeling as though I’m being scammed.

    This placewas terrible! i got my order after 30 minutes of waiting, the place was dirty, and my food was STALE. I mean i would expect GOOD and EDIBLE food after 30 minutes right? WRONG! After i ate this food, a coupke hours later i started feeling TERRIBLE, and i ended up with food poisoning. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

    Only put one star to post but this location is definitely ZERO stars! Customer service sucks!!! Whoever was taking my order today at the drive thru around noon could use better manners when dealing with customers. She’s rude, acts like she doesn’t want to be there, and rushes you through but had time to pet the dog sitting next to the guy (not sure if he’s homeless) outside in the back of the building. I’ll drive out of my way to another location to not deal with THAT!
