During this time: Multiple vehicles ahead of me left the line without receiving their orders No employee came to the window to assist customers When I reached the window, I had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention The employee who responded, Travis, was rude and stated they were “too busy” to assist drive-through customers Danielle refused to speak with me when I asked to address my concerns I witnessed Danielle instruct staff to place a sign on the drive-up window stating it was closed, despite customers still waiting This behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and not in line with the customer service I expect from Domino’s. I understand restaurants can get busy, but ignoring customers and refusing service without communication is unacceptable.
