  BOOF AHH CHIPOTLE. asked for carnitas and was given a slab of pale meat…when I asked if it was carnitas I was told “uh yea?” With major attitude🙃 the queso is bland and not flavorful, confusing bc idk how anyone would mess that up. But anyways I’m yet to try the bowl but kinda confident the meat will give me some sort of reaction. messed up my two other friends orders as well btw✌️✌️never coming back!

  WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!!! I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS A ONE STAR ABSOLUTE ZERO IN MY BOOK!!! This Chipotle just opened up 5 minutes from my house so i went for the first time about a week ago, going inside to place my order. Not only was i waiting in line for 35 minutes BUT by the time i started my order they had absolutely nothing left and no one cooking i wanted white rice but had to get brown. When i ask for rice at chipotle I ask for light so i did that here but the workers are incompetent enough to think that one thing light means make everything light. when i tell you my bowl was less than half of a bowl that you would get at any other chipotle i am not joking. I ordered double chicked as well and had to ask for more 2 times because she kept giving me half scoops. Today i was willing to give them a second chance that did not go in my favor... i ordered online because i learned my lesson the first time to not wait for 35 minutes but i got 1/10 of a bowl i would see the bottom this was absolutely ludacris i was gobsmacked because i spent 16 dollars on this bowl and i had to make a 2nd meal at home because i got NOTHING from chipotle. NEVER GO HERE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME GO 15 MINUTES UP THE ROAD FOR BETTER SERVICE!!!!

  I came to this location for the first time since it’s the newest one closest to my house, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. Despite there being only one person ahead of us, it took an unusually long time to get through the line. On top of that, the soda machine was completely out of multiple drinks. When we mentioned it to the employees, the response was basically just that the soda was out, with no attempt to address it or offer an alternative. For a brand new location, I expected things to be running a lot smoother. At this point I’d rather drive the extra ten minutes to the other Chipotle where the service is more reliable.

  I was so excited to get a Chipotle so close to home and ignored the 1 star reviews in hopes that they were not accurate. However, after I just received my delivery, I have to admit, this is not the quality I am used to and very disappointed. The chips are stale. The bowl itself is missing the queso I requested. It's sloppy and the meat tastes old. I'm not sure what happened here but I have no interest in giving this location a second chance.

  I don’t even want to give the place one star. My family loves Chipotle and we’re excited to see this new location open. However the guys on the grill were just hanging out, we couldn’t get chicken as they were playing as opposed to focusing on the food, one guy began sneezing all over the chicken on the grill and did not wash his hands. His friend did tell him to wash his hands. We decided to leave peacefully however they cheered and were happy with less customers to serve. Never again!
