  I ordered the new chicken bowl with white sweet potatoes supposedly, but those potatoes were raw. I had to throw them away. Beside it was very pricy

  I’ve gone to cava multiple times. The food is great but the staff needs to slow down. This is now three occasions I had gone to this location and food items are missing off my order. Once was rice, second time was chicken and now today they missed the chicken on my order. I can’t continue to support an establishment in this manner without confidence my online orders will have all items are being charged for.

  I'm normally not of fan of places like this because they are over hyped, but this particular locations have one of the best managers I've seen in a long time. I apologize for not knowing her name, but she wears glasses, has amazing customer service and work ethic. I'm a corporate manager myself and I have to applaud her and her amazing team. I eat at Cava because of her!

  I ordered dinner from here yesterday and when I picked up my order, the pita chips were missing. My husband went back inside and told the cashier the pita chips weren’t in the bag. The exchange between the two employees went something like this: Girl 1 to Girl 2: You forgot the pita chips with this order. Girl 2 to Girl 1: I thought you were supposed to be checking the orders before they went out. Zero accountability. So I get home and my falafel crunch bowl is missing the falafel, black lentils, and has white rice instead of saffron rice. It was a very sad looking bowl. How do you forget the main ingredient? This was my first time ordering from here so I hope this was a one-off experience because I really like Cava.
