So so rude. They lost me as a costumer that’s for sure. Receipt said the name Carmen but I doubt that’s the name of the girl at the window who had the purple hair.

It was my very first time having a banana split in about eight years, and it was also his very first time ever making one — and let me tell you, he absolutely nailed it. I was so impressed that I literally sat in my car in the parking lot and ate the entire banana split before even driving off. It was that good. Every detail was perfect, and you could tell he really cared about getting it right. I actually went back inside just to ask for his name because great work deserves recognition. Gilvan was polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Baskin-Robbins needs more employees like him. Outstanding
